Welcome to the the Eastfield School Association (our Parent Teacher Association).
We are a group of parent and teacher volunteers who run activities and events throughout the school year. All profit we make goes directly back into funding resources and educational and social experiences for the school. Our activities range from children’s discos, traditional school fayres and quiz nights to Christmas shopping events and Easter egg hunts!
We are always looking for new and enthusiastic volunteers and would love to hear from you if you would like to help out; we need cake bakers, face painters, volunteers to set up and tidy away, as well as tombola and raffle prize givers. ESA are always open to new ideas and a fresh approach so if you would like to get involved in some way, no matter how small, please email us or pop your name and contact details in the ESA box in the school office.

Summer Fayre & Happy Circus ~ June 2023
On 15th June, Eastfield School Association and Westfield School Association joined forces for the first time EVER to organise and provide a spectacular Summer Fayre and Circus event. As the first joint event Eastfield and Westfield have hosted, we were incredibly pleased with how everything went, and all members of both school communities had such a wonderful time.
At the start of the academic year 2022-23, Mrs Cheryl Hill (member of staff to Eastfield and ESA) turned to us in a meeting and said “I have an idea…” From this point on, Mrs Hill, Miss Cort, Rachel Riddle, Emma Lilley, Anna Spratley, plus Dawn Sarll and Carrie Cannon (from WSA) worked doggedly to produce the event. Their efforts, hard work and dedication to the school community was incredible, and it’s an event that we’ll remember forever!
Without the army of volunteers and school staff putting in their own time and ideas, this event would also not have been the success that it was.
The total profit made (which has been shared between the two schools) was a huge £3610.92!
Our town Mayor, Phil Pope, also opened the circus (and looked like he thoroughly enjoyed
the show!), as well as brilliant performances provided by St Ivo Samba band and Westfield guitar group.
Floods Tavern also very kindly sponsored our programmes, meaning more profit for the schools.
